Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the
Imperium Architecture & Enterprise blog. We like to keep things easy to
understand just like when we design buildings. When you use this site you are
agreeing to the rules we have listed below. If you do not like something, about
the Imperium Architecture & Enterprise blog then it is probably best if you
do not use the Imperium Architecture & Enterprise website.
1. Who owns the work and the intellectual property that comes with it? This is a question about the ownership of the work. It is the same, as asking who has the intellectual property. The intellectual property is what makes the work unique and valuable so it is important to know who owns the property. The person who owns the work owns the property.
- We want to make it clear that Sawar Ahmad Khan and Imperium Architecture & Enterprise own everything that is published here unless we say something. Sawar Ahmad Khan and Imperium Architecture & Enterprise have the rights, to all of it.
- This includes all the work we do on buildings. Like making 2D drawings 3D pictures that look real videos that take you through a building and plans of floors. You can look at our stuff. Print it out if you want to use it for yourself.
- You cannot sell the designs we make for buildings or show them to other people without asking us first. You also cannot use the guides we write to make money without our permission.
- We care a lot about the designs we make. We want people to respect the work we do on buildings. We think our designs are important and we want people to treat them that way.
2. Information, Not Professional Advice
The content
here is for educational and informational purposes only.
We want to
share what we have learned from working on planning and getting maps approved.
Just because you read something on our blog it does not mean we are working
together as professional and client. We only become professional and client
when we sign a contract for a project or agree to work together as consultants.
Until that happens what we share is information and not specific advice, for
your particular situation.
3. Dealing with Local Bylaws
We are aware
that the rules for building things the codes that housing societies have to
follow and the laws made by the government in Pakistan do not stay the same for
a long time they change often. The building regulations in Pakistan change the
housing society codes in Pakistan also change and the municipal laws, in
Pakistan change a lot too.
We do our best
to make sure the information on submission drawings and approval processes is
correct.. Imperium Architecture & Enterprise cannot be held responsible if
local authorities or private societies make sudden changes to the rules after
we post something.
The user needs
to check the site requirements with the people in charge before starting any
construction. It is very important for the user to do this verification step
through a consultation. This way the user can make sure they have the
information about the submission drawings and approval processes, for their
specific site.
4. Liability & Responsibility
When it comes
to architecture you really need to think about the site. General information is
not enough. You should always get a professional to do a survey of the site.
This is because architecture requires site- logic. A professional structural
survey is important and general information should never replace it.
Sawar Ahmad
Khan, Imperium Architecture & Enterprise and our team will not be held
responsible, for any loss or damage that happens because of this blog. This
includes problems, delays or regulatory rejections. You should deal with
problems when you are planning something. It is an idea to hire a professional
to help you with this. Do not try to figure things out on your own by reading
this article. Sawar Ahmad Khan, Imperium Architecture & Enterprise and our
team want to make it clear that we are not responsible if you do that.
5. Keeping Interactions Professional
When you decide
to write something on our website or talk to us on the internet:
Do not post
anything unlawful or defamatory.
We will delete
anything that's not professional or does not have to do with architecture on
this site. We are talking about the focus of this platform. If something is not
related to architecture we will remove it because we want to keep this platform
focused on architecture.
6. Service Estimates
When you look
at the services we offer such as 3D visualization, MEP layouts or Bill of
Quantities these services are a basic idea of what we do.
We figure out
the timeline for the project and the costs only after we have taken a close
look at what your project needs.
The services,
like 3D visualization and MEP layouts and Bill of Quantities are the beginning.
7. External Sites
We have links
to websites like the people who sell materials or government websites. We do
not have control over what's on these websites or how they handle private
information. So we are not responsible for these websites, like the material
vendors or government portals. We are only talking about the material vendors
and government portals that we link to.
8. Governing Law
The rules are
controlled by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If the Islamic
Republic of Pakistan rules have any problems these problems will be solved in
