Project Title: Residential Project (Proposal Plan)

1. Project Overview

The project is a residential development situated on a 2 Kanal plot measuring 90 ft × 100 ft (9000 sq. ft.). The orientation of the plot is north facing, and the location is Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan.

2. Building Configuration

The building consists of a Ground Floor, First Floor, and Mumty (Roof Level). The total building height is approximately 36–40 ft from road level, with each floor having a floor-to-floor height of about 10–12 ft.

3. Space Planning

Ground Floor There are two bedrooms including a master bedroom sized 20'-2" × 20'-6" and another bedroom sized 18'-9" × 15'-5". The drawing room measures 17'-10½" × 22'-6", while the TV lounge is 18'-6" × 16'-1". The dining area is 14'-0" × 17'-1". The main kitchen is 16'-3" × 13'-11" and a secondary kitchen is 7'-8" × 13'-10½". Bathrooms are sized approximately 7'-9" × 10'-0" and 9'-0" × 8'-0". Utility spaces include a store (8'-0" × 9'-10"), pantry (5'-8" × 5'-10"), and laundry (8'-0" × 7'-3").

First Floor There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom sized 18'-9" × 18'-6", another bedroom sized 18'-9" × 15'-5", and a third bedroom sized 13'-7½" × 17'-0". The lounge measures 14'-6" × 12'-6".
